Psalm 103 is one of my favorite expressions of Gods goodness. The key is "don't forget all His benefits". Its easy to forget when trouble gets in our face.The more we agree with the problem the bigger it gets. Agree with God, bless Him & recall all He has done & watch your heart change. Heart change brings life change!
